With over 25 years of experience, Steve is a Project Executive at UAG. Steve’s primary role at the atelier is to reduce and mitigate conflict and hurdles for internal and external project teams. Steve has extensive experience leading projects from start to finish through agency approvals, client requests, and operational obstacles. He has played a vital role in several of UAG’s significant residential projects, including two condominium developments at 25 Park Row and 2461 Broadway and Bronx Point, a ground-up mixed-use affordable housing development.
Steve received a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Drexel University’s College of Engineering. Outside of UAG, Stephen enjoys spending time outdoors, running, biking, golfing, and ice hockey.
