Gavin W. Schiraldo

Vice President, Project Executive

As Vice President and Project Executive for UAG, Gavin is responsible for the construction oversight on the 30 Front Street and Morgan North projects, the preconstruction oversight of Halletts Point 20/30 and 101 Franklin Street, and operations assistance on RFPs and internal policies. Gavin brings flexible management and a partnership-first mentality to his role, which allows for excellent relationships and strong team building. Before joining UAG in 2017, Gavin was employed at Hunter Roberts Construction Group for ten years. Gavin was an integral member of the Via 57 West and BMCC Fiterman Hall teams, which helped him improve cost and scheduling, and team management.

Gavin believes that UAG’s willingness to advocate for the better of a project while still maintaining a systematic approach to management sets it apart from other construction management firms. Gavin received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Villanova University. Outside of work, Gavin enjoys fishing, golfing, and watching Villanova basketball with his family.
