MORGAN NORTH

UAG is leading preconstruction and construction management services for Morgan North, a 10-story, 1.3M SF development originally built in 1933 for postal occupancy. With a rich history spanning three centuries, Morgan North is home to one of the nation’s largest post offices. The transformation of the landmark building will become a paradigm for the modern workplace with commercial floor plates spanning 630,000 SF, 17’ ceilings, and New York’s largest roof terrace to date.
