HALLETTS POINT 20-30

UAG is providing preconstruction services for Halletts Point 20-30, an 800,000 SF mixed-use waterfront development located on a former industrial yard in Queens, New York. The development consists of two residential towers atop a shared parking foundation, an expansive esplanade, park, and retail at base.
