67 VESTRY

UAG is spearheading preconstruction and construction management services for the renovation and redevelopment of 67 Vestry, a Romanesque revival landmark and the last of Tribeca’s historic waterfront properties. UAG is transforming the existing 71,000 SF loft building to create 13 full and half floor luxury condominiums, including several duplex units and a triplex penthouse.
