13-12 Beach Channel Drive

UAG diligently manages all preconstruction and construction services for 13-12 Beach Channel Drive, a 130,000 SF affordable and supportive housing development in Far Rockaway, Queens. The eight-story development will consist of 147 affordable and supportive housing apartments, shelter units, social service programming, and a community facility with various tenant amenities. The shelter will serve as a 100-bed facility dedicated to single adult women, with access to a range of therapy services focused on recovery and community reintegration. 88 units will be allocated to formerly homeless individuals and the remaining units will be designated for households earning 30 to 60 percent area median income.
