Returning home safely

We go to great lengths to ensure that our employees feel safe at work, are supported by their team, and always return home to their families with peace of mind. Part of this security comes from Portico, a UAG initiative that provides a visual and comprehensive understanding of the project that is accessible to all. Upon entry at each site, a “welcoming wall” features project renderings, lists of team members, UAG-specific safety signage, and photos of key milestones. This helps to create a sense of ownership and pride that leads to safer and healthier conditions.
