Marketing Coordinator

UAG is searching for an experienced and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join the Marketing Department. The role requires strong graphic design, verbal, and written communication skills. The Marketing Coordinator must be capable of participating in all stages of the procurement process, including strategy, proposal preparation, graphic design, and photography needs for a deadline-driven environment. This role is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and creative team player willing to contribute, learn, and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Assist Marketing Manager with weekly company pursuits, including research, proposals, and presentations
  2. Assist Marketing Manager with creative initiatives, including firm rebrand as well as the internal and external launch
  3. Research, analyze, and report on new opportunities, potential clients, and industry trends
  4. Maintain and streamline branded graphic standards across marketing collateral
  5. Maintain and streamline CRM database
  6. Generate custom copy for proposals, presentations, and newsletters, including writing and editing text, design layout, and custom graphics
  7. Generate and maintain marketing templates, including branded resumes, project case studies, and various proposal and presentation documentation
  8. Actively visit project sites to collect photography and video footage
  9. Spearhead content creation for social media platforms and conduct quarterly social analytics review
  10. Maintain and enhance website content and design
  11. Contribute to bimonthly SEO meetings and PR efforts to grow company awareness
  12. Collaborate with Marketing Manager and various staff on special marketing campaigns and events
  13. Assist with various administrative tasks

Education & Experience:

  • 4-year marketing degree or equivalent, and a minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on marketing experience. Prior experience within the A/E/C industry is preferred. Seeking diligent, creative, and detail-oriented individual with an interest in construction and architecture. Ability to be resourceful, accountable, strategic, and diplomatic when corresponding with clients, subcontractors, and colleagues. Must be able to interact effectively across all levels of the organization, including senior leadership. And finally, a positive attitude is a must!

Design & Graphics:

  • Adobe Suite Software knowledge required (InDesign / Photoshop / Illustrator)
  • Adobe Premiere Pro software knowledge is highly preferred
  • Interest in photography and videography is highly preferred
  • High level of design sensibility


  • Excel knowledge required
  • Ability to speak and write clearly
  • Interest and understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics
